Description:
Characterize fiberglass reinforced plastic (GFRP) tubes, when tested with individual accelerated internal aging in three sections of tubes measuring 0.6m in length and 6? in diameter, manufactured in FRP material (polymer matrix composite with glass fiber reinforcement), aiming at short-term simulation of conditions likely to be encountered in the field.

Description:
NOTICE 03-2017 FAPERJ YOUNG SCIENTIST PROGRAM FROM OUR STATE. The main objective of this work is to evaluate the effects of plastic deformation by cold rolling on the microstructure of solubilized austenitic stainless steel (AIA) AISI 347 in order to compare the kinetics of transformation of austenite into martensite with other AIA designations preliminarily studied, taking into account the lack of intrinsic studies in this designation of AIA. Additionally, we intend to study the influence of the stabilization and solubilization heat treatment, preceded by the imposed cold deformation, on the kinetics of the martensitic transformation process.
