In order to guarantee the fundamental training in Mechanics necessary for the different strategic sectors, PGMEC has two main areas of concentration: Solid Mechanics and Thermosciences; Five lines of research are associated with them: Structural Analysis, Fluid Mechanics, Material Mechanics, Computational Mechanics and Heat and Mass Transfer.
